Topic: Horizontal Line doesn't always display

I am running V 12.6.5661.29885

 

A horizontal line that I place in my chart will not display for period less than 15 minutes.

And even for the 15 min period, it doesn't disply until I have 18 day's worth of 15 mins displayed.

How can I get this reported to support so it can be fixed, or does anyone know a workaround or incorrect setting in my system?
