can i search for stocks that are for example under 1 year old ?

You can write a formula for stocks that are at least one year old. For example, the following daily condition formula.

C252 = C252

But you can't write a condition formula (and thus a scan) for symbols which are not at least one year old.

That said, you could create a condition column based on the first formula and edit it to display a dot or check when the formula is not true instead of when it is true. Thes WatchList column could be used as a sort.
