Hi,

I've noticed that when stocks gap afterhours the data does not get carried over to the next trading day and often the result would be that moving averages end up being less accurate as it is not adjusted for afterhour trading. the same would occur after the trading day where premarket data is removed and the moving averages would again be inaccurate for the same reasons. is there a way to prevent important afterhour/premarket data from being removed. this would not only affect the accuracy of the indicator but also scans (i'm assuming) that detect MA crossovers etc. Please assist ASAP.

Thank you

You can right-click on the chart and select Edit Chart Properties | Pre/Post Data and choose Always for Show Pre/Post Market Data if you are subscribed to realtime data.

You are only going to have this data available for the most recent two Pre/Post Market Data Sessions at most however. In addition, this will only be reflected on that chart, and not anywhere else in the program.
