I would like to have a PCF Formula with the following parameter:
Expression in numbers of the value of C < 1% of L1.

The formula generates the following error signal: Unable to parse number .99 - At position 10.
Moreover it generates a signal, in reality it must express the value of the quotation in numbers!

Calculation objective: L1-1% = value as example:
BSTI - L1: 5.16 -1% = 5.10
OPK - L1: 3.33 -1% = 3.29
VSI - L1: 6.54 -1% = 6.47

The formula returns a signal, it must return the value of the calculation L1 -1% = value expressed in numbers !
