Hello -- how do I plot the regular/boxed VWAP indicator as "last value horizontal"? Is it possible?

Relatedly, is there a formula for VWAP?

Thank you.

You could add a 1-period simple moving average to the VWAP and set it to plot using the last value horizontal plot style. You would then probably want to drag the opacity slider all the way to then on the VWAP indicator itself.

It is not really practical to write a formula for the plain VWAP indicator, but the calculation is essentially the same as the Moving VWAP with x being the number of bars in the trading day so far.

Thanks, Bruce. That's exactly what I tested. I just wanted to confirm. Thanks very much for the input.
