How can i search for gap ups/down in longer time frame..ofcourse with a fixed percent of $dollar size.

example

1) gap up/down 15% in last 6 months

2) gap up $10 in last in last 3 months. 

etc..

Assuming the gap is between the previous close and current open, a gap up or down of at least 15% in the last 6 monhts could be written as follows.

CountTrue(ABS(O / C1 - 1) >= .15, 126) > 0

And a gap up of at least $10 in the last 3 months could be written as follows.

CountTrue(O >= C1 + 10, 63) > 0
