How to Scan stocks which today volume is greater than latest float? Please suggest

Overlay Latest Float and Volume into the same pane and scale (choose & Scale With).

How to Overlay an Indicator

This will allow you to click on Volume and select Create Condition to create a condition for volume being greater than latest float.
