I would like a PCF Formula with the following parameter:
Opening between Pivot Point and R1

Please try the following condition formula.
H1 + L1 + C1 < 3 * O AND 3 * O < 2 * H1 - L1 + 2 * C1

I would appreciate the change by replacing Opening with the price between Pivot Point and R1
H1 + L1 + C1 <3 * OR AND 3 * O <2 * H1 - L1 + 2 * C1

There aren't any errors in the formula. Please try the stuff you have had to try previously when getting these sorts of errors such as copying and pasting into a text editor and the copying and pasting from the text editor into TC2000.
