I would like to have a PCF Formula with the following parameter:
Signal on symbols with Gap Up opening with percentage =< 3%

If the gap up is between the previous close and current open:
C1 < O AND O <= 1.03 * C1
If the gap up is between the previous high and current open:
H1 < O AND O <= 1.03 * H1

The signal on securities with the quotation => 1% from the opening in Gap below yesterday's close.

If that means you want a gap down of at least 1% between yesterday's close and the current open.
100 * O <= 99 * C1
If that means you want a gap up of at least 1% between yesterday's close and the current open.
100 * O >= 101 * C1
