I would like to have a PCF Formula Indicator Rocket RSI 10 - 8 - 2, with signal Up on crossing level -2

I do not know of a practical method of calculating the Rocket RSI in TC2000.

I already know how it is calculated. I do not know of a practical method of calculating the Rocket RSI in TC2000.
