The actual value of OBV is meaningless. It doesn' matter if OBV is positive or negative.

You may want to read through the following to get a better undertanding of why this is the case and other possible ways to interpret OBV.

Dealing with OBV & MS in PCF's - how to interp their "values"

I carefully read the OBV function combined with the four-period Bollingo Bands, I would like to have a Pcf Formula with Up signal matched with the four-period positive Price Momentum.

In the meantime, I thank and greet.

So the 4 period momentum is above 100 and OBV is above the top Bollinger Band 4, 1.00 (you only gave one setting for the Bollinger Band)?

C > C4 AND OBV > OBV4 + SQR(ABS(SUM(OBV ^ 2, 4) - 4 * OBV4 ^ 2) / 4)

I think I originally just missed the last parts of the formula when copying and pasting, but I have re-written it from scratch above.

Not being competent in formulas, I would like a PCF with signal on very short-term upward trend with OBV and Positive Price Momentum

I have no idea what you want. You have essentially just repeated the original request.

The original request is fine as long as it generates bullish signals with OBV and Price Momentum

I have already tried to answer your request and it is apparently not what you want. I have no more guesses as to your actual intent. I do not know what you want.

All I can do is wildly guess at your intent. Maybe a positive 4 period linear regression slop and 3 period net change in both OBV and a 4 period momentum?

OBV > OBV3 AND FAVG(OBV, 4) > AVG(OBV, 4) AND C / C4 > C3 / C7 AND FAVG(C / C4, 4) > AVG(C / C4, 4)

Maybe OBV is up compared to the previous bar and a 4 period momentum is positive?

OBV > OBV1.1 AND C > C4

Seriously, I have no idea based on your questions what you might want or what you might consider a "bullish signal".
