I would like to have a PCF Formula reporting the values between C and H.

The % H is above C can be written as follows.
100 * (H / C - 1)

There is nothing wrong with the formula (it may or may not be what you want, but it doesn't contain any errors).
You might want to try copying and pasting the formula into a text editor (such as Notepad and not a word processor such as Word) and then copying and pasting from the text editor into TC2000 instead of copying and pasting directly from the forums into TC2000.
