Running the Pattern Range Leader on a 30 minute chart, I would like to have a PCF Formula with a signal on the quotation => from the closing of the first green candle immediately after the opening of the Markets.

A condition formula for a potential range leader (assuming the midpoint is of the entire candle and not the body of the candle).
C > O AND C1 > O1 AND H - L > H1 - L1 AND H + L >= 2 * H1
If you are looking at this during the next bar instead of the current bar, it would be the following (although I think you need the first formula if you are going to be buying "at the open" of the next bar.
C1 > O1 AND C2 > O2 AND H1 - L1 > H2 - L2 AND H1 + L1 >= 2 * H2
