If I want to view the SPX and SPY do I have to get both the real time stock data for 15 bucks or do I have to add US real time index data (excluding dow jones) for 10 more?

You have to have Real Time Stock data for $14.99 / month in order to get real time data at all (this would include SPY since it is an ETF). Once you have that, you can add the Real Time Indexes (Excluding Dow Jones) feed for $9.99 / month in order to get SPX (SP-500) in realtime.

I added the Dow Jones Indexes (Realtime), but it did not include SPX (symbol SP-500) real time. It only updates DJ-30 in real time. Should I be getting SPX in real time?

My apologies for any confusion. SPX is part of the US Real Time Index Date (Excluding Dow Jones) package.
The Dow Jones Indexes (Realtime) feed includes only indexes provided by Dow Jones (most but not all of these begin with DJ).
