Using Firefox v56.0.2 under MacOS 10.12.6...

Starting today, it is now impossible to post Replies or start New Topics using this browser.  (I had to pull out a different browser to post this message)

The Subject text box appears, but the Message text box and style toolbars no longer appear in Firefox.  They briefly appear when the page is updating (say, to Preview) but then disappear before you can type anything in them.

Did you just roll out an update to your Forums engine that may have broken this?

Thanks,

.../john

Thank you for reporting the issue. We didn't change anything. Maybe Firefox rolled out a change?

No, Firefox hasn't been updated in months (frozen because newer version disabled many of my common plugins).

I took a screenshot but can't see how to paste it in one of these messages.

The image has to be publicly posted on the web someplace. Then you can hit the "image" icon when creating your post and insert the URL. You can also generally just right-click on a web image and select paste to insert it into your post.

So you need to take the screen shot and then upload it to a public website (other than ours), in order to include an image.

You could also send an email to support@tc2000.com with your image attached.
