I really don't know what you mean by "the second low in 50 days". Can you elaborate a bit to provide some adiditonal clarification as to the intent of the question?
What makes it he "second low"? Why wouldn't say January 30, 2018 be the first low and February 28, 2018 be the second low?
Do you just want the closing value of the bar of with the second lowest closest value in the most recent 50 bars?

The inverse does replace MIN with MAX, but LEAST gets replaced by GREATEST.

I don't understand the code given in your post. Wouldn't c.1 be the same as ref(c,1) and wouldnet the last comparison in the series always be true as a result?
I also do not know what a "function application link within the software" might be. We don't have any sort of SDK to allow other software to interface with TC2000 v12/v17/v18 (there is a TCDK for TC200 v7). Information on how to create formulas in TC2000 can be found on the following webpage.

If AA is actually yesterday's value of that formula and it needs to stay at a fixed value, then you wouldn't be able to use the XUP() function.
