Hi,
I'd like to get intraday time frame results for
cum(V)/V1
where cum(V) is the accumulated volume during the trading day (regardless if the bar is a price gain or a loss) and V1 is the end of day volume from the preceding day.
I did not find a cumulator function to use in a PCF.
How can I create an indicator that accomplishes this goal???

The volume so far today is V and yesterday's volume is V1.
V/V1
Or am I misunderstanding what you mean by "accumulated volume"?

Hi,
This is for intraday trading.
What I'm looking for is the sum of volume between the open and the current bar divided by yesterday's total. For example, if the volume for the first 5 bars today had been 10000,20000,25000,20000,10000, the sum at the end of the fifth bar would have been 85000.
Then, if the end of day value of volume yesterday was 1,000,000, the ratio of cum(V)/V1 would have been 0.085.
I'd like to be able to show the current value in a watchlist, and also a graph in the chart window.
Is there a way to do this with TC2000 v 17?

You can't plot it on an intraday chart (and there isn't a way to do so), but V / V1 set to a daily time frame does in fact do exactly what you want if used as a WatchList Column.

OK -- Thanks for your reply --
Pls consider adding a cumulator function that will work in a PCF and making plots available, and making plots available for Volume buzz during intraday trading.
