Please try the following.

(H1 + L1 + C1) / 3 + H1 - L1 <= C AND H <= H1 + 2 * ((H1 + L1 + C1) / 3 - L1)

Please try the following condition formula.

C1 < C AND 100 * C < 102 * C1

The current price or closing price is within 1% of the daily high in a daily time frame?

100 * C >= 99 * H

As long as you have realtime service and have the refresh rates (if applicable) set to realtime then the formula will be in realtime.

I was wrong with the previous formulation!
C1 <C AND 100 * C <102 * C1

I ask a PCF Formula with the following parameter:
The opening and current price is => 1% from open and = <2%

I am not sure I understend the request, but please try the following.

101 * O <= 100 * C AND 100 * C <= 102 * O

The formula does not work properly !

The signal on the opening and current price is <2% of yesterday's closing price.

You didn't mention anything at all about yesterday's closing price in your clarification that your previous request was wrong. I really don't have the slightest idea what you want at this point, but I will make a few guesses.

Open and Close less than 2% above previous close:

100 * O < 102 * C1 AND 100 * C < 102 * C1

Open and close above previous close and less than 2% above previous close.

C1 < O AND C1 < C AND 100 * O < 102 * C1 AND 100 * C < 102 * C1

Open and close between 1% and 2% above previous close.

101 * C1 <= 100 * O AND 101 * C1 <= 100 * C AND 100 * O <= 102 * C1 AND 100 * C <= 102 * C1
