Say I want to create a custom time frame (Example: daily chart from 2000 to 2001)

How is this done?

It is not possible to create your own custom time frames in TC2000.

Only the most recent 500 bars of data are available in each time frame at the beginning of each trading day. New bars are added throughout the trading day if applicable.

To go back further in time, you need to switch to a longer time frame. So for example, switch from daily to weekly.
