Hi

Do you have a relative strength indicator that track its value in relation to the S&P 500 relative to a base line.  i.e. the stock relative to a base line, above or below it, relative to 60 days.

I have written previously support and chat and they say they have responded. but I have not got the mail, if that could be resent it would help.

If you have a pcf it would be great.

No, there isn't a way to create a Personal Criteria Formula for this.

About the best you can do is add both the plain Relative Strength indicator and a Rate of Change Percent indicator to the chart. Change the data source of the ROC% indicator to use the RS indicator instead of price and change the period to 60.
