There is no built in syntax for ROC or ROC% in the Personal Criteria Formula Language. You need to write out the formulas.

If there is no ROC syntax, is there a way we could manually input the formula?

The Rate of Change Percent (ROC%) topic explores how to create formulas for Rate of Change Percent.
