Bruce, as we get into the end of the year and into another, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the superb work you do. I've been around a lot of technology (and therefore a lot of support/training/customer resources) for a long time. You set the bar. Feel free to delete this, since it's not really real product content. Thanks again.
