I specifically need to write:

Close Price History

     L  XAVG(w,x)

            L  RSI(x,y,z)    -> is moving up

How would I write that?

There isn't a generalized way to write this. The RSI needs to be manually expanded. This means we need to know all of the settings of all of the indicators before writing the formula (including if the RSI is the plain RSI indicator or the Wilder's smoothed version).
