Is there any specific PCF to spot intra day stocks moving from downtrend to uptrend?

There are all sorts of way people try to do this.

Price crossing up through a moving average.

MACD crossing up through zero.

+DI crossing up through -DI

Stochastics crossing up through its moving average.

Stochastics crossing up through 20.

RSI crossing up through 30.

Really, how you want want to look for this sort of thing is entirely up to you.
