Support has sent me the following message:
There is no way to show the Gap Up or Gap Down in the same column in different colors. It does not return a positive or negative value so it will always display both in whatever the Zero color is set to.
As a work around you could add this formula as a column using the Daily time frame. It returns +1 when the symbol has gapped up and -1 when it gapped down.
IIF(L > H1, 1, IIF(H < L1, -1, 0))
You can then set the color of the number to Green when positive and Red when Negative and the color of the 1 or -1 will alert you if it is gapped up or gapped down today.
To add the column click on the next column and then choose Write New Formula.
Paste or type in the above formula and set the Time Frame to daily.
That's probably the closest option to color coordinate the Gappers to be red when down and Green when up.
Thanks for using TC2000.
I would like to transform the following formula into PCF Formula to get Green and Red Gap Up Down.
Thank you and goodbye.

You can't make the WatchList Column say Gap Up and Gap Down and have it display the colors you want.
The only way to get the colors you want is if it displays 1 for gap up, -1 for gap down and 0 when there isn't a gap.

Please make sure you don't have any spaces between the function and its opening parenthesis (this is always something to check BTW).
