When I click on the historical log to see the alerts for today it does not show me any of them. Where can I find all of the alerts that fired for today in the software? The notifications in my email and text shows the alerft but when I go back to program, I cannot find the list until tommorrow.

Your alerts should show up in the Alert Console under Alerts | Alert Console if Show Old Items is checked.
If this is not the case, please contact technical support.

When an alert fires, it shows up (at least on my system) in two places:
-
Top right corner of screen Messages and
-
in Alert Console, click Alert Log, it allows you to select the periods back you want visible
