on the drawing tools what is "only > 5% chart". I havent figured out how to use this.

Only drawing tools that span at least 5% of the visible chart area are shown. This is so drawings on smaller time frames (1-minute, 5-minute, etc) don't clutter up the chart when you're looking at larger time frames (daily, weekly).
