I saved a chart template on my desktop/laptop using your normal software and when I go to the App anc call up that template everything looks good except the program does not transfer the color and style and width of the horizontal lines (overbough/ovesold) to the app that I had on my desktop.  How can this be fixed?

This is not currently a supported feature of the mobile app.

How do I make a formal request that it be added as a new feature?

I already put in the request when I thanked you for your suggestion, but normally, you would send an email to the following email address.

How long does it typically take for a request to be completed?  How can I receive a status update as to whether the request will be worked on fairly soon or whether it will be put on the back burner for months and months.

I do not know when or even if any particular suggestion might get implemented.

We do not normally discuss future features or products until officially announced or released.

Some suggestions are implemented very quickly. I have seen at least one outside customer suggested implemented the very day the suggestion was made. Most suggestions which are implemented take far longer (months or years).

While almost all new features are the result of customer suggestions, most suggestions do not get implemented.
