I would like to change the following PCF Formula

L> = 1.01 * H1

with the following parameters: Today signal => 1% from yesterday's highest.

I have no idea what you mean by "today signal". Do you just want to eliminate the decimal marker from the formula?

100 * L >= 101 * H1

Are you interested in the current price instead?

Price currently at least 1% above yesterday's high.

100 * C >= 101 * H1

Price currently at least 1% below yesterday's high.

100 * C <= 99 * H1

Price currently at least 1% away from yesterday's high in either direction.

100 * (C / H1 - 1) >= 1
