Is it possible to mulily two watch list columns togter to form a thid column?

It is not a built in feature of the program and it is not possible to do so directly. If you can create formulas for the values of the two columns, you should be able to create a formula for the third column however.

But the indicators that TC2000 provides don't always have formulas provided (like SMI). Is there a source for all of the TC2000 formulas?

You won't be able to calculate everything using formulas (one of the reasons the word "if" was used in the original response), but the vast majority of the built in indicators can be re-created using the Personal Criteria Formula Language (at least in v17).
