I wonder whether it is possibile to build a formula which shows a volume histogramm (or a watch list column) with the volume based on 5 minute comparisons for the last 20 days. The values should be presented as relative values (percentage) rather than absolute values.

No, it is not possible. There are two major issues.
The first is that there only 500 bars of data available in each time frame at the beginning of each trading day with new bars being added throughout the trading day as applicable (so 578 bars of 5 minute data at the end of the trading day). This is not enough data to go back 20 days to do the calcualtions.
The second is based on the assumption that you want the histogram based on the volume so far during the trading day. If this is the case, you would need a different formula for each bar of the trading day with no way to automatically switch between or determine which of the 78 formulas to use.
