Bruce,

Since  AVGC10.1 is the average closing price over 10 bars one bar ago, is there a smilar way to calculate any pcf condition one bar ago or any bars ago?

Yup.

If you are plotting on a chart, you can add a one period Moving avergae,and then use Off Set option 

If using a term in a PCF, the syntax is spelled out here for each termTC2000 accepts

And for a term in a Watch list Column you can specify either Days Ago,or Within a number of days from the formula box
