I am looking for PCF for stocks basing at top range for X number of days. Thanks

One way to do this would be to compare the current range to a longer range. For example, let's say you wanted the range for the most recent 10 bars to be in the top 10% of the range over the most recent 50 bars.
MAXH50 - MINL10 < (MAXH50 - MINL50) / 10
