Please try the following Condition Formula in TC2000 v7.
C > C5 AND C5 > C10 AND C10 > C15 AND AVGV5 > AVGV5.5 AND AVGV5.5 > AVGV5.10 AND AVGV5.10 > AVGV5.15 AND C >= 5 AND AVGV20 >= 1000

You're welcome. There isn't a way to do trading weeks in TC2000 v7 in any case. You would need to use TC2000 v12/v17 for that.
