Select My Profile near the upper right corner.
Then choose Edit Profile on the page which appears.
You can then choose enter the URL of a publicly available image you want to use as your profile picture (we don't have a way to upload an image and host it in the forums).

Try pasting this link into your profile
http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e123/855MRZILLA/For%20The%20Stock%20Market_zpsjsc219fn.jpg?1491334971557&1491334971822

I think the URL you would actually need to use in your profile would be the following.
http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e123/855MRZILLA/For%20The%20Stock%20Market_zpsjsc219fn.jpg
It is the "direct link" to the picture.
I am using it to post the picture above, so I think it should work.
The number of possible links you can use probably makes Photobucket more versatile, but the shear number of possibilities is a bit overwhelming.
