WOuld like to make a condition for scan to be used on Weely charts for when the Stochastic (period 5, %K 3) is higher than the previos bar.'s stochastic.  Can this be done for a weekly scan?

You should be able to just set the time frame of the condition to weekly. You could do this by clicking on the stochastic on a weekly chart and selecting Create Scan Condition.

You could also write a Condition Formula for this. The periods are in bars, so using a weekly frame, each bar would be 1 week.
