Average true range is almost always going to be significantly smaller than price.

That said, you could write the formula as follows in TC2000 v17.

ATR15 > C

I suspect you are actually looking for something else like where price is relative to a high or low plus or minus a multiple of ATR.

This doesn't give me what I'm looking for:  stocks that have a higher ATR15 compared to price than other stocks - ie a stock with an ATR15 of $.50 and a price of $10.00 vs a stock with an ATR15 of $.05 and a price of $10.00. Thank you.

Probably the best way to compare the ATR of one symbbol to the ATR of another symbol when prices are different are to express ATR as a percentage of a moving average over the same period.

100 * ATR15 / AVGC15

But you can also express it as a percentage of the current price.

100 * ATR15 / C
