close yesterday (Wednesday) was unchanged or down no more than 1% vs the previous day (Tuesday)
close yesterday (Wednesday) was up no more than 1% or down no more than 1% vs the previous day (Tuesday)

Thank you Bruce. If I were to phrase it like this would the PCFs be the same?:
Price % change Yesterday between 0% to -1.5%
Price % change Yesterday between 0% to -1%
Price % change Yesterday between 1% to -1%

Hi Bruce,
I wanted to make some slight changes to these definitions. How would the PCFs change?
Price % Change Yesterday Between 0% to -1.5% (not only did the price yesterday close unchanged or down no more than 1.5% vs the previous day, but the price range yesterday was unchanged or down no more than 1.5% during the trading day)
Price % change Yesterday between 0% to -1% (not only did the price yesterday close unchanged or down no more than 1% vs the previous day, but the price range yesterday was unchanged or down no more than 1% during the trading day)
Price % change Yesterday between 1% to -1% (not only did the price yesterday close up no more than 1% or down no more than 1% vs the previous day, but the price range yesterday was up no more than 1% or down no more than 1% during the trading day)
