Hi,
I have a layout with three charts used for intraday trading.
Most of the time, I track my trading from one chart. That chart is displayed along with a watchlist. The other charts are not docked for display, but they are tabbed so I can display them using a function key to select which one I want.
Sometimes, I switch to one of the other charts for auxiliary information.
Only one chart is displayed at a time.
I'm guessing that using the Settings/Options/Do Not calculate... command will keep the program from updating any indicators that are attached to charts that are not in the display.
Or, does it mean that if I have indicators that are part of a displayed chart but that are not shown in an indicator pane then they won't be calculated.
Please let me known the details of the Setting/Options/Do Not Calculate... command.
Thanks,
Steve

Charts that are not visible on the screen do not calculate their indicators. This option is checked ON by default.
