Stock symbol VLTC is not in StockFinder 5.1 and it shows in a chart in TC2000 V17 but not in US Common Stocks watchlist in V17. Explain please?

VLTC is in the Pink Sheet WatchList in TC2000. We do not carry Pink Sheets or Bulletin Boards in StockFinder. The Pink Sheets and Bulletin Boards have their own WatchLists in TC2000 and are not in the US Common Stocks WatchList.

Stock was also delisted from NASDAQ on Dec 23, 2016
