When creating a horizontal line this option is shown with a checkbox:
"save position by screen position"
What does this mean?
Thank you.

You can see what it does fairly easily by selecting both Apply to all symbols and Save position by screen position.
When you switch from symbol to symbol, the horizontal line will be a fixed percentage of the way up the pane instead of being plotted at a constant value.
You could see the same thing by just scrolling back on a single symbol even if Apply to all symbols is not checked.

That means it will save the line relative to its position on the chart instead of at a particular value. If you draw the line in the bottom quarter of the chart, for instance, it will always show up in that position no matter what data is displayed on the chart.
