I tried the following formula but does not generate signals, you can correct it?

For the Bullish Kicker maybe the following?
C > O AND O = L AND L > H1 AND O1 > C1
You could get rid of the decimal markers in the second formula as follows.
10 * (O3 - C3) > 6 * (H3 - L3) AND C3 > O2 AND 10 * (O2 - C2) > 6 * (H2 - L2) AND C2 > O1 AND 10 * (O1 - C1) > 6 * (H1 - L1) AND O1 < O AND 10 * (C - O) > 6 * (H - L)
It doesn't return true for a lot of symbols for me, but it doesn't return true for few currently when used on the US Common Stocks WatchList (with 1 or 2 seeming to meet and then not meet the requirements as price fluctuates).
It is fairly restrictive in that it requires 3 down candles in a row followed by an up candle with all four candles having bodies more than 60% of the total candle. It also definites specific relationships between the opens and closes of some of those candles relative to each other.
