Looking for 2 or 3 traders that day trade for mutli bar moves on 15m charts and above.  Not looking for traders trading scalps of 1m, 2m, 5m etc for .05 to .20 cents

I perfer strong stocks pull backs (flags) and breaks into upper bollingers from squeeze setups.  (squeeze on anytime frame 5m and above Charts)

I prefer actively trading using Skype Audio connection (need to be looking at charts and not forums tweets and chatrooms)
