I want to subscribe to tc2000 gold.  I also want real time data on intraday timeframes like the 10 minute timeframe.  Is that what the extra $15/ month fee is for?  I do not want the free estimated volume from the BATS exchange

Yes, the $14.99 / month Realtime U.S. Stocks and $9.99 / month Realtime U.S. Indexes services will give you streaming RT data from the consolidated tape instead of the full streaming BATS data and 15 minute delayed data from the other exchanges you would otherwise get in TC2000 v12.
