No scans appearing at the moment. Is the server down?

We are currently experiencing issues with our RT alerts/scans servers. We are working to get the issue corrected as soon as possible.

There was also an issue with Forex server earlier. The missing data should be filled in some time after 5 PM ET today.

It seems to be down again. You guys really need a new server or better server maintenance. The server is down for at least 4-5 days every mth. Hardly professional.

Bruce is like a great forum administrator but supports a server room full of monkeys with a wrench.

Bruce & Stockguy are awesome and helpful professionals. I had similiar good experiences with tech support when I wrote to them.

But when it comes to fixing bugs and keeping the software up to date and up and running, the folks responsible for such things are not good. They hide behind a curtain from their responsibility and have no accouintability whatsoever. They should be ashamed of being in a job where they get paid from the money customers pay for monthly subscription yet they don't do anything to help the needs of the customers. Very unfortunate.
