Anyone know a way to install TC2000 on Google Chrome?

You can still enable NPAPI in Chrome, but it will stop working eventually and you'll have to change to Firefox or IE.

If you install TC2000 to work out of browser, you do not need to worry about the browser compatibility after it is installed.

Is there any plan to make the in-browser version of TC2000 compatible with post-NPAPI versions of chrome?

There are no plans of which I am aware to make the in browser version of 12.5 compatible with post-NPAPI versions of chrome as that would require writing it to work without Silverlight.
Versions of TC2000 after 12.5 should work around this issue, but I really can't comment beyond that.
