I have created a pcf.
C1=O and
C1>O1 and
O>C
Overlayed it on price and changed from line to dot. It should place the dot over each candle that met criteria. Stock chart in question is CAT on 5 minute timeframe. The 11:10 and 11:15 candles should meet criteria but the dot is not at the top.
Simple enough formula but I cannot figure out why it would not work. Hopefully you can view this before these candles are no longer visible.

Since you asked the question at 8:59:45 AM ET, I'm going to assume you mean the 11:10 AM and 11:15 AM ET 5 minute bars from 9/30/22014 for CAT.
The 11:00 AM ET bar does not pass because the close is above the open.
The 11:15 AM ET bar does not pass because the the open is 0.5 cents above the previous close.
