I have the Gold membership and I've noticed that TC2000 intraday charts lag behind real-time charts.  I know they use the BATS exchange but why is it so far behind?  Anything to correct this?  I love TC2000 but I want something I can use for scanning/charting as well as have up intraday.

Hi Nick,

The Gold level of service is going to give you streaming data with a 15-minute delay. We supplement that data with data from the BATS exchange but that only makes up about 10-12% of the martket. 

Platinum service offers real-time data with no delay.
