There is no syntax in the Personal Criteria Formula Language for referencing another symbol to calculate the percent change of the stock versus another symbol.

It is possible to plot the ratio of the active symbol to another symbol using the Relative Strength indicator, but you cannot scan using the Relative Strength indicator at all (with the exception of the Relative Strength 1-Yr vs SP-500 system criteria). I do not know when Relative Strength scanning might be added to the program.
