I want to export certain chart data to an excel worksheet.  There's supposed to be an icon there that lets me do that but it is missing on my chart.  There's probably a way to turn this icon on and off but I can't find an explanation of how to do this.  Can you help me?

Right click on the chart toolbar, then click Edit Toolbar.  You can re-add the export button to your toolbar if it was removed.

Thanks.  A follow on question:  Is there a way to export the symbols in a watchlist, without exporting any other data with them?

Just right click and select Copy All Symbols > To Clipboard, and then paste them into Excel or into a text file.
